This is pretty awesome.
I clearly remember the second day of Adalynn’s life when she wouldn’t latch (turned out she had major gas issues) the nurse tried to push a bottle of formula on me. I said, probably in a rude way from my frustration, “Absolutely not. I want you to help me or find my actual nurse or lactation consultant who can help me.”
If I had not taken breastfeeding classes or read Womanly Art of Breastfeeding or have such an amazing husband that I would still be breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding is not the norm in America, I will be very interested in seeing this documentary.
